My philosophy of service is to consistently provide excellent food & wine service by being considerate, respectful, articulate and knowledgeable about all aspects of the meal being served. I am friendly, ambitious, intelligent and genuine with a good memory for people, names, menu specials, and ingredients. I have a willingness to ask questions in the kitchen and with management if I don’t know the answer to a guest’s question. I pay meticulous attention to the service processes, with thoughtful interest to guarantee the optimal satisfaction for the customer which I am responsible for, within the professional boundary that exists between the guest and myself. I have an innate sense of service, a taste for perfection and desire to meet a real challenge. I’m available to stage shifts to demonstrate my skills and desire for employment as wait-staff.
